Shadow a Volunteer:

The Forest Preserve District of DuPage County offers a program for prospective volunteers to shadow a volunteer for a day. This program is a great way for individuals who are unsure which of our seven volunteer opportunities is the right choice for them, and allows both parties to determine if there is a right fit before a commitment is made.

For more information, call volunteer services at (630) 933-7681 or e-mail volunteer@dupageforest.com.

Eagle Scout Projects:

The Forest Preserve District of DuPage County has developed a set of Eagle Scout Guidelines to help the scout through the process of obtaining the designation of Eagle. These guidelines are to be followed by any Eagle Scout applicant who is considering proposing or completing a project with the Forest Preserve District. The guidelines do not replace and are to be followed in tandem with the guidelines published by the Boy Scouts of America.

There are currently no projects available.

To obtain a copy of the Eagle Scout Guidelines, please contact the Volunteer Services Office at (630) 933-7681 or e-mail volunteer@dupageforest.com.
